Painter Lead Hand

​

• Work for a leader in the Residential and Commercial painting industry in the area.

• Pay is competitive $20 - $30 per hour depending on experience. 

• Company vehicle to be provided after the first year of employment.

 

What we’re looking for:

• Hardworking - working conditions require lifting of up to 50lbs, kneeling, crouching, working with your hands.

• Experienced in all types of applications Conventional, Spray and Stain.

• Punctual

• Reliable

• Attentive to the instruction from experienced workers who will train!

• Quality, driven, and eager to learn

• Need to have 5 + years of experience in Painting and Decorating.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working in residential, commercial and Agricultural sites.

• Boomlift and Scissor lift work, Training and licensing available hired candidates.

• Working at heights, ladders, scaffolds. 

• Safety and WHMIS training will be provided to successful candidates that do not already have it.

• Starting and finishing projects.

• Communicating with Clients, Suppliers and Management. 

 

COVID-19 precautions

• Personal protective equipment provided or required

• Social distancing guidelines in place

• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

 

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent
 

Additional pay:

• Project performance bonus available on some projects. 

• Overtime pay  

 

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8-430pm or 9-530pm. 

 

Ability to commute:

• Dufferin County, Grey County and Simcoe County. 

 

Experience:

• Construction: 5 years (preferred)

 

Licence/Certification:

• Driver's Licence (required)

• Clean Drivers abstract (required after 1st year for company vehicle
